What we collect

The notify form takes your email address and nothing else. The corporate gift form takes your company name, your name, email, phone (optional), the set you are interested in, an estimated quantity, and whatever you write in the message field. We ask for nothing else.

What we use it for

An email address given to the notify form is used once, to tell you the house has opened. An inquiry is used to reply to you and to prepare a quote. We do not use either for advertising or for unrelated mail.

Where it goes

Forms are sent through Web3Forms, and a copy is kept on a server we run (Google Cloud, Tokyo region) in case the send fails. Both are used only for our own work. We do not sell or pass your details to anyone else, except where the law requires disclosure.

Keeping and deleting

We delete what we hold once we no longer need it. Write to us at the address below to have your details corrected or deleted, and we will act on it promptly.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use browser storage to remember display settings. We do not run advertising trackers.
